The cases presented on this web site involved military personnel either as the victim or the defendant, and the crimes are based on military law. Since the crimes are based on military law, they may be quite different than the U.S. federal law or even of the individual U.S. state law and definitions for the crimes the accused were charged with.

Military cases that include any offense of a sexual nature,  included in the Uniform Code of Military Justice and considered a crime punishable by prison sentence of any length of time will be considered a sex crime for the purpose of inclusion in this site. Such military crimes may include, charges related to adult pornography, charges related to child pornography, any and all attempts, threats or commission of a physical contact(s) that are of a sexual nature.

Included in these types of crimes, while both possession of adult pornography and adultery are not defined as crimes by U.S. civilian criminal law, under certain circumstances, may be crimes subject to prosecution and prison sentences, such as but not limited to  possession of adult pornography on a U.S. military base, or on foreign lands. Adultery is considered a punishable crime of a sexual nature in all instances that includes one or more member of the military, and admission to or conviction of the crime is subject to one year in prison.

The crimes committed and added to this web site, may not require registration as a sex offender under U.S. civil law, nor by the Uniform Code of Military Justice, however if the defendant was convicted of the sexual crime or admitted to the sexual crime though they were not convicted, it is still a registerable crime under the rules of our private registry, because it is a violation of military law punishable by incarceration in prison.

This registry is not funded by the U.S. government, nor is it part of any official federal, state, country or city site or sex offender registry.  This web site is a news site, that includes cases that have come before U.S. Military courts.

Military Sex Offenders Registry reserves the right to include any material and may remove or modify any content at any time without prior warning. Military Sex Offenders Registry will take under consideration any challenge to the information included the news stories, upon request, and will remove or modify it, subject to our discretion,  if the information posted is not correct.

Specific information will be deemed correct if is mirrors the specific  information found in the official court records and that information has not been modified by a military court or in the course of an appeal, that changes the details of the crime(s) charged. Such modification might include, but may not be limited to, the recantation of facts by a witness or victim that result in charges that apply to the sexual nature of a crime being dropped, unless such modification is a change in admission to the sexual offense by the accused. In any case where the accused has admitted to charges of a sexual nature, even where all charges have been dropped, the content on that case that is an accurate portrayal of the original charges and admission shall remain on this website.

By use of the web site, you the user agree that any dispute arising out of the use of this site or any content within the site shall come before an Internet arbitration hearing, in the State Of Tennessee, standard for content-based Internet web sites.  Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to your use of this web site, content contained on this website or pertaining to these Terms of Service shall be resolved by arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, in the State Of Tennessee and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

In the event any portion of these terms of service are deemed unenforceable, all other terms shall remain in force.
