The military has a program in place to handle dependent victims and their families that supports, not hinders the reporting of sexual assaults. Donald W. Swensen Master Sergeant U.S. Air Force Convicted Military Sex Offender

United States Air Force Master Sergeant Donald W. Swensen, with 25 years of service, was convicted pursuant to his pleas, at a general court-martial by military judge alone of one specification of engaging in sexual contact with a child under the age of 12, two specifications of indecent acts with a child under the age of 16, and one specification of wrongfully endeavoring to influence the actions of a witness, in violation of Articles 120 and 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 920, 934.
The adjudged sentence consists of a dishonorable discharge, 11 years of confinement, forfeiture of all pay and allowances and reduction to E-1. Sentence was reduced to 7 years. The case is here.
Adam E. Pitman - USAF Launch Pad Letch Sexual Assault 60 Feet Underground During Missile Launch

United States Air Force Captain Adam E. Pitman, a launch pad letch, sexually assaulted a fellow service member while the two were alone in a capsule during a missile launch sequence 60 feet below ground. He was convicted of wrong sexual contact for the attack. The case is here.
Female USAF Soldier Gets Minor Drunk Has Sex With Her - Indecent Acts Conviction

United States Air Force Airman First Class Rebekah J. Watson living on base, got her neighbor's daughter drunk, had sex with her and invited over an Army soldier to do the same. Consistent with the appellant's pleas, a military judge found the appellant guilty of indecent acts and providing alcohol to a minor, in violation of Articles 120 and 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 920, 934. The military judge sentenced the appellant to a bad-conduct discharge, 30 days of confinement, and reduction to E-1. The convening authority approved the sentence as adjudged. As an act of clemency, the convening authority granted the appellant’s request for entry into the Air Force Return to Duty Program. The case is here.
USAF Staff Sergeant Convicted For Disorderly Conduct Though Confessed To Child Pornography Possession
by Editor on 07/20/11United States Air Foce Staff Sergeant Christopher D. Guleff confessed to possession of child pornography. The records shows that the appellant stipulated as fact that he possessed seven images of actual minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. The child in five of the possessed images has been identified by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children as being 13 years old at the time she was photographed. Describing these five images, the appellant told the military judge that in three of the images the young girl is nude, her breasts and genitals are exposed, and that some of the photographs are "bondage type" that show the girl "on the floor [with] her hands bound above her head." Yet, he's convicted of the charge of disorderly conduct. The case is here.

U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Frank J. Ronghi had been bragging to fellow soldiers about raping children in countries he had been deployed in. Nobody told command. Then, he rapes, sodomizes, murders and dumps the body of a little girl in Kosovo. It would be the last time little girls would fear him.

USAF Staff Sergeant Joshua Smith Gets Life Without Parole For Rape Of 3 Small Children
